Discover Cuisine

Discover Cuisine is a one-day culinary and pastry discovery series. Held twice a month, the program features alternating hands-on workshops—one for Culinary Arts and one for Pastry Arts.
The inaugural MICHELIN Guide Philippines marks a milestone for the nation’s culinary scene. Leading this achievement are over 25 Enderun alumni and students behind many of the country’s most celebrated restaurants.

Course Description

Discover Cuisine is a one-day culinary and pastry discovery series. Held twice a month, the program features alternating hands-on workshops—one for Culinary Arts and one for Pastry Arts. These exclusive sessions are designed to give prospective students a taste of Enderun’s world-class training, through interactive, chef-led experiences.

Workshop Highlights

1. Signature Dish Creation:
Learn how to prepare a standout recipe under expert guidance—ranging from local gourmet entrées to contemporary French desserts.

2. Mentored Experience:
Participants work side-by-side with professional chefs, as well as assistant chefs, with a chef-to-participant ratio of ≤1:4 for maximum individual support.

3. Campus Tour:
Get a guided walkthrough of Enderun’s professional-grade kitchens and facilities.

4. Networking Brunch:
Includes a social tasting session of participant creations, Q&A with chefs, and insights into CA/PA programs.

5. Take-Home Output:
All participants take home what they’ve prepared during the session.
